My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic, weaving together formal training in somatic, eco-, and transpersonal psychology with the wisdom of lived experience. I believe the body carries its own intelligence, and together we can learn to listen to it for guidance in navigating life transitions, grief, recovery, relationships, identity, and more. Grounded in values of social justice and collective liberation, I create spaces that prioritize LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other marginalized voices, shaped by my background in eating disorder recovery, psychedelic harm reduction, and crisis work. As a queer and gender-expansive clinician, I aim to co-create containers where you can reclaim agency, reconnect with vitality, and step more fully into your authentic self in relationship with the world around you.

Hi, I’m Caroline. I’m a somatic therapist for teens, adults, and couples, with a special focus on neurodivergent and queer folks. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we can explore together. I draw from a variety of approaches to shape our work around what feels most supportive for you. My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in social justice, with care for how identity, culture, and oppression shape our sense of safety and belonging.

I don’t see you as something to "fix." Instead, I’m curious about what has helped you survive and how we can explore what you need to truly thrive. Together, we’ll strengthen your capacity for choice and agency by tuning into the ways your body’s signals carry your inner wisdom.

If this resonates, I’d love to connect. I offer virtual sessions across California and outdoor ecotherapy in San Mateo County. I also accept Medi-Cal.

My practice is rooted in the belief that knowing ourselves more deeply allows us to live with greater freedom and alignment with our values. Having faced my own struggles with addiction, anxiety, depression, and purposelessness, I bring both personal insight and professional training into the work. I’ve supported clients in settings ranging from restorative justice and community clinics to crisis response and private practice, experiences that shaped me to be both steady in urgent moments and patient in long-term growth. With a gentle yet direct presence, I collaborate with you to explore the thoughts, feelings, and insights that arise, helping you cultivate healing, purpose, and meaningful change in your life.
